Accomplishment:-
I) Main lead the Ole Wolff company restructuring programme and brought company from 3 years continuous lost business mode to profitable within 6 months time frame.-(15~20%)
Actions taken:--by slimming down existing Yantai manufacturing factory size to minimun and sub-contract all existing models/business to new partnership OEM maker for production. By doing this company not only able to overcome economy crisis before Oct 2008, but as well as enjoying the unit price and transportation cost down around 15~20% from OEM maker. With this operation mode, company only running with a very small size of staffs. Indirectly it increased company nett profit from 20~25% compare to previous years
Main key person on handling/solving Ole Wolff company “SER issue” with all the MNC company like, Logitech, Apple, Sony-Ericson, Danfoss and Foxconn
II) Successfully helped Ole Wolff to overcome/close the SER violation case in Yantai, China factory peacefully by end of 2008. This case had been pending for 2 years before I join.
III) Dealing with most of the Lacoste Polo Shirts
world wide branded telecomunication customers as below:-
SonyEricson, HP, Black Berry, Apple, Logitech, and also dealing with most of the OEM and ODM like Namtai, Foxconn, Balda Solution, Flextronics and etc
